Injection Molding

Injection molding is a method in which heated plastic is shaped by injecting the heated plastic material into a pre-designed mold.  The material used for the part being manufactured is usually fed into a hopper, mixed and forced into the cavity of a particular mold.  Then the material cools and hardens to the mold configuration.

Typically injection molding has a higher tooling cost and lower part cost while thermoforming has a higher part cost and lower tooling cost. Based on your requirements, we will help you find the right solution customized for your specific needs.
